The Name:
The name encourages users to resume their journey and embark on a fresh path by crafting impressive resumes using our website.

About the Project:
This is my first MERN stack project β€” a responsive, user-friendly Resume Builder Website. Users can log in (via the navbar or homepage) using an auth provider, with options to log in through Google, GitHub, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Once logged in, users can access the profile management tab (from the navbar or by clicking on "Get Started") to enter their basic details, which are stored in MongoDB. After that, they are redirected to the resume builder, where they can create their resume with a live preview. The builder allows modifications of font colors, background colors, font family, and users can download their resume as a PDF or JPG.

Our Journey:
The project began on May 20, 2024, and we approached it not as just an internship task but as our first personal MERN stack project. With only basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, we faced moments of self-doubt. However, by learning through tutorials and documentation, we successfully built the frontend using ReactJS. The real challenge was the backend, where we worked with ExpressJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB. Despite facing many bugs, long hours, and endless lines of code, we stayed motivated and gradually overcame challenges. The project gradually took shape, giving birth to Let’s Resume, a tool that we hope will inspire beginners to stay consistent and open to learning. Each day was a new lesson and an improvement in the project’s journey.

Special Thanks:
I am grateful for the opportunity at Zidio Development, which allowed me to apply my skills and grow as a developer.
